A szigorlat kari felelőseként, a Lakóépülettervezési Tanszék az aktuális szigorlatot a szigorlat megkezdése előtt egy erre létesített Teams csatornán hirdeti meg (kód: 8c5fhq1). Ez a felület biztosít helyet a feltöltésekhez, a vizsgázók az itt elhelyezett kérdések/válaszok dokumentumot használhatják a kérdések feltevésére a szigorlat első napján 10 óráig. A válaszokat 12 óráig töltjük fel. A szigorlat első napján a tanszék 8 órakor tájékoztatást tart a Teams felületen meghirdetett videokonferencián. Ekkor ellenőrizzük a személyazonosságokat, a hallgatók által felmutatott fényképes személyazonossági segítségével. Első és második nap éjfélig a szigorlatozó hallgatók kötelesek az addigi munkájuk munkaközi anyagát a megosztott névre szóló Teams felületre feltölteni (vezeteknev_keresztnev_01_nap, ill. vezeteknev_keresztnev_02_nap). A szigorlatozók által így feltöltött munkaközi anyagokat a szigorlat szervezője letölti, ezzel ellenőrizve a munkamenet szabályosságát. A harmadik nap éjfélig a teljes tervdokumentációt fel kell tölteni a megosztott névre szóló Teams felületre (vezeteknev_keresztnev_vegleges_terv). A dokumentáció max. 45 MB méretű összefűzött pdf fájl legyen. Amennyiben a feltöltés meghiúsul, abban az esetben a tervdokumentáció a tárgy felelősének e-mailben is elküldhető (perenyi.tamas1@gmail.com, max. 20 MB).
A szóbeli napján a doktorandusz titkár a terveket vetítésre előkészíti, letölti, és azok vetítését kezeli. Emellett vezeti a jegyzőkönyvet az előre elkészített formanyomtatvány szerint. A jelenléti szóbeli bemutatás a negyedik napon 9 órakor kezdődik a Teams felületen meghirdetett módon, és helyszínen. A bizottság az összes prezentációt követően – egy rövid, zárt ülés keretében – alakítja ki az osztályzatokat.
A 2023/24 tanév őszi szemeszterében a hallgatók az alábbi vizsgaidőpontokat választhatják:
2024. január 9-11.: írásbeli rész; január 12. péntek 9.00: szóbeli rész.
2024. január 16-18.: írásbeli rész; január 19. péntek 9.00: szóbeli rész.
2024. január 23-25.: írásbeli rész; január 16. péntek 9.00: szóbeli rész.

According to the official course catalogue, ”the aim of the final examination is to assess the comprehensive knowledge acquired in the design and compulsory elective courses of the Specialisation in Architecture in the course of the preparation and oral defence of an integrative design project at the advanced level.” The final examination is compulsory for students enrolled in the full-time Master of Architecture (9th semester) and compulsory for students enrolled in the Master of Architecture (9th semester). A parallel requirement is the completion of Complex Design 2.
The final examination consists of three days of design and one day of public oral examination before a committee of delegates from the departments involved in the specialisation. During the design phase, students will complete individually, on-site at an off-campus location, a design competition. The presentation of the completed designs in person before a faculty committee is part of an oral examination. The combined result of the drawings and the oral examination will be used as the basis for the calculation of the final grade.
The Department of Residential Building Design, as the faculty in charge of the course, announces the current course on a dedicated Teams channel (code: 8c5fhq1) before the course starts. This platform will provide space for uploads and candidates will be able to use the question/answer document posted here to ask questions until 10 am on the first day of the exam. Answers will be uploaded until 12 noon. On the first day of the exam, the department will provide information at 8 am via a video conference on the Teams platform. At that time, identities will be verified by means of the photo IDs presented by the students. By midnight on the first and second day, the students who have completed the course must upload their work to the shared Teams interface (last_name_first_name_01_day and last_name_first_name_02_day). The work uploaded by the students will be downloaded by the course organiser to check that the session is in order. By midnight on the third day, the complete design documentation must be uploaded to the shared Teams interface (last_name_first_name_final_design). The documentation must be a concatenated pdf file of a maximum size of 45 MB. If the upload fails, the plan documentation can be sent to the person responsible for the subject by e-mail (perenyi.tamas1@gmail.com, max. 20 MB).
On the oral day, the doctoral secretary prepares, downloads and manages the projection of the plans. In addition, he/she keeps the minutes according to a pre-prepared form. The oral presentation will start at 9 am on the fourth day at the time and place announced on the Teams interface. After all presentations, the committee will formulate the grades in a short closed session.
For the autumn semester of the academic year 2023/24, students may choose the following examination dates:
9-11 January 2024: written part; Friday 12 January at 9.00 a.m.: oral part.
16-18 January 2024: written part; Friday 19 January at 9.00 am: oral part.
23-25 January 2024: written part; Friday 16 January at 9.00 am: oral part.
